U.S. Immigration Law; Immediate Opening; Paralegal
Connell Foley, a large New Jersey commercial law firm located in Roseland, NJ seeks a paralegal (1+ years of experience specifically in immigration) to join our Immigration and Global Mobility group. This is an unusual opportunity to work as an employment -based immigration paralegal (with occasional family-based immigration duties), joining a cohesive immigration team within an established multi-practice firm.
We seek a skilled, independent, and experienced paralegal to process mostly employment-based petitions and applications submitted to USCIS and DOS. The successful candidate will work directly with a partner to draft petitions including, but not limited to, I-140s, I-485s, I-131s, I-765s, I-129s, and consular processing. The family practice is fast-paced. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1year of experience in a similar position.

The Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility Practice at Connell Foley LLP assists corporate employers of all sizes, from entrepreneurial ventures to the Fortune 500. The practice offers clients a full array of employment-based immigration legal services, including both Immigrant Visas (“green cards”) and Nonimmigrant (temporary) Visas, as well as international transfers of key personnel. Additional services include due diligence and risk assessment for immigration purposes, such as I-9 Employment Compliance/Employer Sanctions, and the unique immigration issues raised by mergers and acquisitions and other forms of corporate restructuring with regard to clearances required for the continued employment of foreign personnel after a reorganization.
