This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney. The role includes working with clients on a variety of immigration matters, with particular emphasis on representing victims of domestic abuse. The attorney will develop strategies to address clients' immigration needs while ensuring compliance with changing laws and regulations.

Licensed Attorney in good standing (any jurisdiction)

Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, particularly humanitarian relief categories such as VAWA, U-Visas, waivers, AOS and consular processing.

Exceptional analytical reasoning and the ability to identify creative eligibility solutions.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure thorough case preparation.

Empathy and compassion in working with survivors of abuse and trauma.

Strong advocacy and communication skills, both written and oral
