Launched in 2022, Voyager is the technology backbone of our service promise: transparent, fast, and secure. By reducing information silos and keeping every stakeholder aligned on case status, Voyager cuts communication overhead and gives attorneys more time to do high-value, strategic work.
The Role
As a Managing Attorney, you will lead clients through the full lifecycle of work visas and green cards for their foreign national employees. You’ll be a trusted strategic advisor — guiding hiring decisions, visa strategy, and the most efficient path to securing benefits — for a portfolio of mid-volume SME clients across HR, People Operations, General Counsel, and C-suite stakeholders.
You’ll work across a diverse case mix, including H-1B, TN, E-2, O-1, EB-1A, and National Interest Waivers, with the support of a strong paralegal and junior attorney bench.
This is a fast-paced role with real client ownership, leadership scope, and a clear path to grow your own book of business.
