At this Firm, you will be trained and mentored in Ninth Circuit and Federal Court Litigation, including petitions for Habeas Corpus and Mandamus. You will receive training and mentorship in removal defense and detained litigation, including effective motion and brief writing.

2-5 years of experience, preferrably in the field of Immigration Law. Must be willing to litigate in immigration court, detention centers, and Federal Courts. This position is fully in-office / not remote. Office schedule can be flexible depending on your needs.
