The Special Litigation Division seeks an attorney to work on litigation impacting the Department of Corrections.  The position requires representing the DOC in federal litigation and district court.  Work include Section 1983 claims, constitutional issues, post-conviction relief cases involving disciplinary issues within Iowa’s prisons, occasional appeals to the 8th circuit and Iowa Stat
