The ideal candidate will have experience with nonimmigrant visas (i.e., H, L, E, TN and O) and permanent residence processing (i.e., PERM, I140, I485). Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
