This legal position within the Office of General Counsel will be responsible to provide legal and commercial counsel for a VSP line of business and/or staff group. This position will lead all Mergers & Acquisition legal responsibilities for our organization. Evaluates and manages legal impact of LOB and/or staff group's major business and commercial decisions and/or plans. Provides guidance on daily commercial legal matters relevant to the business and/or staff group. Provides guidance and recommendations to business and/or staff partners on appropriate current and pending legislation.
