The Litigation and Administrative Practice Group in the OGC provides legal and policy advice to the Commission and the SEC's divisions and offices on a wide range of legal matters related to privileges, professional responsibility, procurement, appropriations, intellectual property, employment law, and labor relations. The Group also defends the Commission in litigation related to its official functions and investigates matters involving attorney misconduct. This position serves as a General Attorney in the Litigation and Administrative Practice Group.
