Growing immigration Law Firm in Hollywood, FL seeks an experienced immigration paralegal. The successful candidate should have at least five (5) years of experience in employment-based immigration to start immediately. Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced and knowledgeable in immigrant and non-immigrant visas including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3/, O, TN, EB-5, Labor Certification, PERM based I-140, Audits by the Department of Labor, EB-1 manager, Adjustment of Status, and Request for Evidence and general knowledge of USCIS applications.
