***Various Available Positions for Full Time, Part-Time, Virtual, Flex-Time, and Moonlighting***Primary Responsibilities:Paralegal will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ requested petitions and legal immigration benefits including eligibility, filing, and follow-up with USCIS, USCCB/MRS, and US Embassies and Overseas Processing Entities.You may work directly with clients on all types of immigration legal cases. In addition to direct service work, you will participate in frequent trainings in order to stay up to date on developments and know how to best guide clients, especially important in the current milieu of shifting immigration law.
