Join the Legal team and advise business, leadership and individuals about legal rights, obligations and risks related to employer-sponsored immigration petitions. The Counsel III, Immigration role is critical to supporting our business and associates by ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and practices, including those relating to hiring, immigration and sponsorship.  You will coordinate, initiate, and manage immigration cases to ensure compliance, optimal processing timeline and efficiency. You will collaborate directly with candidates, associates, managers and outside immigration counsel in immigration matters to mitigate legal and business risk.
