The office of the Montana Consumer Counsel is a legislative agency, created by the Montana Constitution to represent the interests of Montana utility consumers in proceedings before the Public Service Commission and other federal administrative agencies and courts. The office presents comments and testimony in the areas of finance, economics, accounting, engineering, and law.   Qualified candidates will possess a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in Montana courts.
