The Senior Paralegal (3) is able to capably perform all the duties of the Paralegal 2 position, has mastery of their subject-matter area, the ability to manage a high volume caseload, and supports the Immigration Practice Training Manager in training more junior paralegals to process petitions and applications. The Senior Paralegal may coordinate the work of multiple paralegals in support of large clients, serve as a client team’s advisory point of contact, and maintains ownership of team process manuals.
