The Attorney Development Coordinator provides support to the overall attorney development function by coordinating attorney personnel, training and associate engagement efforts in the Washington, DC office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinates attorney new hire process, including Workday actions, personnel files preparations, planning orientation schedules and conducting onboarding trainings. Coordinates transfer and departure process, including Workday actions, communications, and preparations for departures, including exit interview reports. Coordinates attorney leaves of absence, including DC Paid Family Leave and related attorney communications Coordinates bar admissions, annual bar renewa
