Maslon LLP seeks experienced attorneys with 6+ years of practice and demonstrated business development success to join its front-end lending practice in its Financial Services group, a team known for delivering sophisticated, efficient, and strategic counsel to financial institutions, banks, and non-bank lenders. The group advises on banking, commercial finance, and loan transactions across a broad range of industries, handling matters of varying size and complexity on both a regional and national basis. Maslon is also open to considering small groups or teams whose practices align with the firm’s Financial Services platform.
This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-level legal work within a collaborative mid-size firm environment. The ideal candidates are highly motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced practice and brings substantial experience advising financial institutions in front-end commercial and/or real estate lending and related financial transactions.
