Wieneke Law Group is a highly ranked civil litigation firm seeking an Associate with 3-10 years of experience to join our busy Tempe, Arizona practice. We focus on defending government entities in complex, high-stakes cases involving law enforcement, road design, corrections, and employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service.
Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. We require a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to take initiative, as they will be working with a team of skilled defense litigators who regularly try cases. Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
- Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills

- Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances
