What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with strategic precision
- Oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage document review
- Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at trial
- Negotiate contracts and advocate in arbitration or mediation proceedings
