Immigration Attorney
This position will be primarily responsible for completing affirmative family based applications. The position requires the person to work independently, managing everything from intake to submission of applications. The attorney will be required to navigate issues surrounding petitions for alien relatives, adjustment of status and consular processing applications, naturalization applications, derivation of citizenship, U Visas, VAWA applications, DACA renewals, petitions to remove conditions, Fee Waivers, visitor visas, and green card renewals. COJO provides services including briefing over the phone and meetings, and online filing applications as well. This position is a full time job and is ideal for someone who had an internship in the immigration field during law school.
