This position serves as Counsel to the Commission for Federal Energy Affairs. Duties include: Representing the Mississippi Public Service Commission on the Organization of MISO States (OMS), Entergy Regional State Committee (E-RSC) and in various Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) and interregional stakeholder forums; representing the Commission in public and private meetings with regional transmission organizations, federal energy regulators, state and local regulators, utilities, and others (e.g., industry groups) regarding wholesale energy and capacity markets, electric transmission development and cost allocation, regional transmission organizations and federal energy regulation. This position is also responsible for management of outside consultants including attorneys
