Position: We are looking for an Leasing Counsel to join our collegial team of legal professionals. This position reports to the VP, Legal. We are headquartered in Los Angeles area. This is a remote, “work from home” position, or a hybrid flexible schedule for a local candidate. Essential Job Functions: Prepare initial office lease agreements, amendments, and lease-related documents. Review and negotiate tenant lease comments and prepare revisions. Coordinate with brokers and property managers re: lease related matters. Respond to property-level inquiries and issues as needed.
