Job Summary This position provides in-house commercial real estate legal advice and support for real estate matters. The incumbent develops/implements programs to maintain requirements in legal documents and procedures. This role performs commercial real estate legal services from transaction inception to closing proceedings. This position manages the Real Estate Supervisor. Responsibilities Consults with Region Real Estate managers and Region Real Estate representatives to determine real estate business needs (e.g., acquisitions, disposals, etc.) Develops/reviews real estate contracts to reflect desired business terms/conditions and legal standards Negotiates contracts (e.g., purchases, sales, leases, etc.)
