Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a seasoned corporate attorney with 5+ years of corporate transactional experience to join our dynamic and growing Transactions and Advisory Group, focusing on its M&A and Private Equity practices.  This position will primarily involve running deals as well as the representation of strategic acquirors, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in negotiating, structuring, and documenting a variety of transactions, including control acquisitions, minority investments and dispositions of previously acquired companies or investments.  While not required, experience representing both private equity and public company clients is a plus and public M&A experience is desirable.  This position is suited for experienced attorneys seeking an alternative to
