The Associate attorney will take the lead on extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher petitions, and national interest waivers, O-1, L-1, and H-1B visas, and labor certification through perm. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work with leading names in the arts, athletics, and culinary industries in a cutting edge, diverse, and complex immigration law practice.
