The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of the General Counsel is seeking attorneys to provide legal advice and counsel to DOE offices overseeing a wide range of energy infrastructure security, grid modernization, and carbon management programs. These programs include cybersecurity, transmission development, electric and natural gas policy, and related research and development at the National Laboratories. Each successful applicant will have the opportunity to focus on specific programs. Attorney-Advisers in the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Energy Delivery and Resilience will provide analyses of issues that range from relatively straightforward to extremely complex and involve the issuance of DOE legal and policy documents.
