Busy and growing law practice in Indianola looking for an energetic attorney to work in a team environment.  The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in real estate and transactional work.  The candidate will assist with real estate closings, title opinions, estate planning and probate.  In addition, the candidate will assist with client interviews, legal research and writing, motion and pleading drafting, and witness interviews for the litigation practice. Court appearances may be necessary. Candidate must be a self-starter who wants to be part of a thriving practice.  Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, research and writing skills, and a desire to problem solve.   Partnership opportunity available.
