Our New York office is looking for a staff attorney with at least 10 years of trademark and IP transactional experience.  The candidate must have substantial direct experience: filing and prosecuting trademark and service mark applications in the US and foreign countries; conducting trademark clearances; drafting legal opinions; conducting trademark oppositions; enforcing trademarks against third parties (including the preparation and negotiation of co-existence agreements); and conducting UDRP actions.  The candidate also must have substantial direct experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of IP and IP-related agreements, as well as experience with M&A transactions including drafting and negotiating IP representations and warranties.  Experience with data privacy
