Lowenstein Sandler's Intellectual Property Section of the Tech Group is seeking a highly qualified Patent Attorney in our Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA locations. Candidates should have two to five years of solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus) with significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing.
