They have multiple practice groups and no minimum hours requirement. Experience: Experience in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions Completion of law school with a J.D. or L.L.B. degree and admission to the bar of at least one jurisdiction in the United States required Experience in corporate legal department or firm Three years of experience as a practicing attorney Excellent oral and written communication skills
