Our law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. As an Associate Attorney, you will assist in various legal matters with a particular focus on business, probate and real estate law.  We are interested someone who is committed to practicing in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas We do not have a billable hour mandate. We all work very hard to help our clients within the time constraints of their work, but do not view billable hours as the be all, end all in determining who will be asked to become a partner.
