We are seeking a confident and capable Litigation Attorney to join our Firm.  This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy, complex legal analysis, and meaningful public-sector work that directly impact communities across Texas.   The attorney will represent municipal clients throughout the State of Texas in all phases of litigation.  Candidates should have experience in both litigation and transactional work. A.    Purpose: We serve local democracies as City Attorney, General Counsel, and Litigation Counsel. We are legal advisors and advocates for cities, counties, and special districts.    B.    Location: Texas. The attorney’s workspace may be in our A
