Davis & Campbell L.L.C., a boutique business law firm, is seeking an additional experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our team in either our Peoria or Chicago office. This position is being added to help support the firm’s expanding business immigration practice, serving a dynamic and growing client base. About the Position: The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience (even greater would be preferred) handling employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, adjustment of status and consular processing, and I-9 compliance and employer sanctions.
