ERISA /Employee Benefits Associate Attorney
Parker Brown Macaulay & Sheerin, a boutique law firm focused solely on ERISA and employee benefits, seeks an ERISA and employee benefits attorney to join our team as an associate. The position is fully remote and may be either a part-time or full-time position.  Your role will be to support the firm’s partners and clients on ERISA and employee benefits matters. You will provide counsel on plan design, plan administration and correction, and statutory and regulatory compliance of employee benefit plans. The position will primarily be focused on tax-qualified retirement plans (defined benefit, 401(k) and other defined contribution plans and 403(b) plans) and also non-qualified executive deferred
