We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our passionate, client-focused legal team. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid background in removal defense, appeals, and family-based immigration matters. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Removal Defense matters before the Immigration Court, including both Master Calendar and Individual hearings. Prepare clients for and conduct Asylum Interviews with USCIS. Draft and file legal briefs, including BIA briefs and Circuit Court appeals. Handle a wide range of family-based immigration matters, such as I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, and naturalization.
