Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Removal Defense matters before the Immigration Court, including both Master Calendar and Individual hearings. Prepare clients for and conduct Asylum Interviews with USCIS. Draft and file legal briefs, including BIA briefs and Circuit Court appeals.
