We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to assist with legal matters related to our real estate practice. The responsibilities include drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, leases, title opinions, and conveyance documents; and will also include handling zoning, land use and eminent domain issues. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent writing skills, have a thorough understanding of real estate law, and be familiar with the legal complexities of real estate transactions. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities & Duties · Provide legal advice related to property and real estate dealings · Review, draft, and negotiate re
