This position serves as a counsel to the Wyoming Public Service Commission, providing legal advice to the Commission and its technical staff on issues related to state and federal law applicable to public utility regulation, management of contested case proceedings including investigation of utility applications, and conduct of public hearings under the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act as an administrative hearing officer. Familiarity with public utility law and other energy issues is preferable.
