Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Associate Attorney at Seyfried Vicario, PC, located in Chicago, IL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in family-based immigration and removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Experience a plus but employer is willing to train new attorneys. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school Bar admission in any U.S. state Legal Advice and Immigration Law skills Experience in conducting legal research Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
