Environmental Senior Attorney Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join its highly ranked nationally recognized Environmental Law practice group as a non-partnership track Senior Attorney in our Washington, DC or Richmond, VA office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will have a billable hour expectation between 1200 – 1800 hours. Qualified applicants will have at least ten years of experience in private practice, a trade association, and/or a government agency and experience in chemical control regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and similar federal or state regulatory programs. Work will include advi
