Immigration paralegal. Primarily specializing in VAWA petitions, both spousal and parental based applications. Other areas include: Consular Processing; Waiver packets; I-751 applications; and other semi-complicated matters.
Ability to carry ones own caseload and a knowledge of immigration law and filing procedures. The abiolity to communicate directly with clients and complete filing packets with client's declarations.
