Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has immediate opportunities for Associate Attorneys to join the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation practice group, as well as our complex personal injury litigation team. Opportunities are available in our Greenville, Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina offices. Candidates should have significant experience with litigation, excellent academic credentials, and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral advocacy, writing, and analytical skills. Previous law review, moot court, or judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
As an Associate with the firm, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage complex cases as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
