Your Responsibilities As an Attorney for the Litigation and Product Liability group at John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for the following:   Defending product liability or contract litigation brought against the Company Providing advice, counsel and training to product safety and engineering teams Providing legal advice and counsel related to eDiscovery (including data identification, preservation, collection and review) and evidence preservation Managing eDiscovery workflows, including managing large data review projects   VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.
