Well-regarded boutique firm has an immediate opening for an experienced business immigration attorney.  Qualified candidates should have at least two years' experience in business and employment immigration including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 and PERM.  Experience with O-1, EB-1, and NIW, as well as investor options and I-9 compliance/defense is a plus.  Superior research, writing, case management, analytical and organizational skills required.  Ability to prepare complex business non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, supervise paralegals and communicate effectively with clients required.  Phoenix-area candidates strongly preferred, but options for flex schedule and remote work are also available.  When applying for this position, please send resume, cover letter
