Miller Canfield is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal. This position will be based in our Detroit, MI or Chicago, IL office.   The Senior Business Immigration Paralegal will assist Attorneys with preparation and filing of employment-based Non-immigrant and Immigrant matters, such as H-1B, TN, E-2, L-1, PERM applications, Preference Petitions, Adjustment of Status Applications, and Consular Processing.
