Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience assessing eligibility of corporate employees for U.S visa status and working extensively with nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-1/E-2, etc.) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) visa petitions; be an excellent writer who can prepare complex and customized RFE responses, PERM cases, and extraordinary ability petitions for sophisticated clients in a wide array of industries; act independently to manage clients and time-sensitive caseloads while working within a team and taking direction; prioritize short- and long-term assignments along with daily/weekly/monthly duties and proactively communicate
