Work directly with our team of attorneys and other professionals to manage a busy caseload, including customer-facing interaction with multinational corporate clients and their employees. Main Responsibilities of this position are: Assist with preparation of H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, E-3, O-1 and other nonimmigrant petitions and applications. Assist with preparation of immigrant/permanent resident process filings, including PERM Labor Certifications and I-140 Immigrant Petitions. Participate in case intake, analyze case documents, and draft correspondence with clients. Maintain and organize client documentation, and monitor workload and case production. Coordinate timely and accurate updates regarding case progress
