Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC is seeking a lateral attorney with substantial experience, who will have the opportunity to assist our family law practice in all aspects of family law, including, but not limited to, traditional representation, limited representation, mediation, collaborative law, and appellate advocacy. Attorney will be provided opportunities to handle a wide variety of cases and issues, including premarital agreements, separation, divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, adoption, termination of parental rights, guardianships and conservatorships.
