The Dawson County Attorney’s Office in Lexington, Nebraska, is seeking applications for  TWO full-time Deputy County Attorney position.  Interested persons must be licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska.   This position(s) provides regular courtroom/trial experience and the opportunity to work closely with a group of seasoned attorneys.  Primary duties will include criminal prosecution of adult felony and misdemeanor cases.    Additional duties include covering assigned on-call periods to answer after-hours legal questions from law enforcement and handle coroner matters. Starting salary is $80,000 to $90,000; negotiable depending on qualifications
