Basic Function The Attorney Development Senior Specialist (Senior Specialist) is an exempt position responsible for managing certain specialized aspects of firm-wide attorney-related processes and training, including but not limited to the following: the departing attorney process, the non-partner lawyer biannual evaluation process, bar licensure and milestone training programs.  This position reports to the Director of Associate Development and works closely with attorneys, firm leadership, the Attorney Development team and other administrative departments.  Essential Duties Design and delivery of biannial review process in collaboration with other AD team members.
