Requesting Letters of Interest for Contract Compliance Officer The City of Albuquerque (City), through the City Council Services Department (Council Services) is requesting Letters of Interest (RFLI) for services to serve as a Contract Compliance Officer (CCO) to ensure compliance by the Civilian Police Oversight Agency (CPOA) and the Civilian Police Oversight Advisory Board (CPOAB) with the Police Oversight Ordinance and the 2014 DOJ Settlement Agreement with the City of Albuquerque.
