Varnum LLP seeks to hire an attorney to join the Corporate Practice Team. This position is open to any of our Michigan offices. Our new hire will assist the team in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and similar transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of legal experience, with law firm experience strongly preferred. Expertise is required in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and merger and acquisition transactions.
