Lowenstein Sandler’s Tax practice is seeking a highly qualified Associate in class years 2021 - 2018 to join the team in our New York City, Roseland, NJ, or Washington, DC office.  This position involves counseling on the tax impact of domestic and cross-border transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs, divestitures and restructurings, as well as providing tax advice to multinational corporations, startups and their founders, large investment funds, and ultrahigh net worth individuals.  Candidates should have 2 – 5 years of transactional tax experience with a major law firm or accounting firm, excellent academic credentials, and NY/NJ/DC bar admission.  The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position in class years 2021 through 2018
